To process a Digital Signature Certificate we collect your name, mobile number, email, and the identity documents required for verification — typically PAN, Aadhaar (for eKYC), a photo, and, for organisations, entity proof and an authorisation letter.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to verify your identity and to apply for and facilitate the issuance of your certificate. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share your application and documents only with the licensed Certifying Authority responsible for issuing your certificate, as required to complete issuance. We do not share your data with unrelated third parties.
Storage & security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Sensitive documents are handled with care and only for as long as needed to complete and support your certificate.

You may contact us to access or correct your information, or to ask about retention, subject to applicable law and the record-keeping requirements of the Certifying Authority.
