Refund Policy

Before submission to the Certifying Authority
If you cancel before your documents have been verified and submitted to the licensed Certifying Authority, any amount collected is refundable, less any non-recoverable processing charges already incurred.
After submission to the Certifying Authority
Once your documents are verified and the application is submitted to the Certifying Authority, fees are generally non-refundable, because the certificate and token are procured and processed by the CA at that point.
Online payments
When online self-serve payment is enabled, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method through our payment provider within standard banking timelines.
