1. About this service

CAREALL Digital Services facilitates the application and issuance of Digital Signature Certificates (DSC). CAREALL is an authorised Certifying Authority (CA) partner — it is not itself a licensed Certifying Authority. The certificate is issued by a licensed CA under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and valid identity documents. You authorise CAREALL to act on your behalf in submitting your application and documents to the licensed Certifying Authority.

3. Verification & issuance

All applications are subject to verification and approval by the licensed Certifying Authority. Indicative timelines on this site are estimates and may vary based on the CA's process and your document readiness. CAREALL does not guarantee issuance where verification fails.

4. Fees & payment

Fees are communicated for each certificate and collected by CAREALL for facilitation and the certificate. Online self-serve payment will be introduced in a later phase; until then, our team confirms the fee and collection method with you directly.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CAREALL is not liable for delays, rejections or losses arising from the Certifying Authority's decisions, incorrect information supplied by you, or factors outside our reasonable control.
